America is building data centers faster than it can house the people who build them. DataSheds is workforce housing that keeps up factory-built, steel-framed, and redeployable, project after project.

Not a container. Not a trailer.
An engineered structural platform.

  • Frame
A steel Moment Frame — AISC 360/341, engineer-stamped for every deployment.
  • Envelope
Closed-cell foam at R-6–7 per inch. Three times tighter than code requires.
  • Inspection
Intertek-inspected at every stage of production, module by module.
  • Ratings
115+ mph wind. Non-combustible frame. Engineered for the places data centers actually get built.
An Olympus steel Moment Frame module under construction on the factory line

Built on an assembly line. Ninety percent complete before it ever ships.

Speed isn't a promise. It's a production line we own.

  • Near-shore

Built in Mexico, delivered by road — no ocean freight, no port delays, and a labor cost structure US-built modular can't match.

  • Throughput

One platform, few SKUs. The line ramps from ten modules a month to a hundred-plus without re-tooling.

  • Parallel

The factory builds while your site preps — foundations and production run at the same time, not in sequence.

  • Quality

Materials never see weather. Plumbing pressure-tested, electrical checked, before a module leaves the plant.

Twelve by forty feet. Private rooms, private baths — built for six-to-eighteen-month stays, not overnight visits.

Every unit is two 12′×20′. Olympus steel modules joined on site, with pre-installed electrical and plumbing rough-in.

A camp is more than beds. We ship the entire site — kitchen to wastewater.

Kitchen / cafeteria — three-shift commercial line
Recreation — gym · lounge · theater · lockers
  • Foundations

Gravel pad, helical piles, or skid-mounted with no foundation at all — matched to soil, slope, and duration.

  • Water

Municipal hookup where it exists. Off-grid RO filtration and a full water cycle where it doesn't.

  • Wastewater

Packaged treatment plants scale from 60 to 5,000+ occupants — self-contained, rentable, gone at demob.

  • Feeding

A commercial kitchen module built for three-shift feeding — full cooking line, cold storage, cafeteria seating.

  • Retention

Gym, lounge, gaming, theater. In a remote deployment, quality of life is what keeps skilled trades on your project.

Workforce housing as a capital asset — not a cost you write off when the project ends.

  • 01

You fund it. We build it and operate it. Kitchen, security, laundry, maintenance — the camp runs with zero operational burden on your team.

  • 02

Third-party revenue offsets your cost. Nearby projects fill excess beds at premium rates, and that revenue flows back to reduce your net exposure.

  • 03

A redeployable fleet — not stranded capital. When the build ends, the camp moves to your next one. Demobilization cost collapses to near zero.

  • 04

Factory economics that hold at scale. Near-shore manufacturing keeps per-bed cost sharp — and the advantage compounds as the fleet grows.

Built for data center construction. Ready for anywhere the crew outnumbers the beds.

Data centers

Hyperscale campuses put thousands of trades in places with no housing. The camp phases with the labor curve — then leaves.

Emergency response

Hundreds of beds within days, skid-mounted if needed — where local infrastructure just failed.

Mining & energy

Multi-year remote sites with crew sizes that change by phase. Rated for the environments that come with them.

Fabs & infrastructure

Semiconductor fabs, battery plants, transmission — massive builds, years long, where hotels don't exist.
